log in to the site from your blackberry. The downloads are direct to phone.
are you trying to download the files to your computer? They need to be downloaded directly from your Blackberry.
Can I change password ? How to do it
sign in to the site, then find where it says membership details in the sidebar. This should take you to your profile where you can change your password
